What do they look like?
They are small cards that can easily fit into a purse or wallet. Choose from pink or teal!

(*Please note that 360 Play and Cineworld are not included in this scheme)
How do I get a loyalty card?
The loyalty cards are free to obtain and you can collect from the following places:
– Customer Services (Located near to Costa)
– Concierge (Located in the atrium)
– Flip Out
– Rock Up
– Paradise Island Adventure Golf
How do I take part?
– Show your loyalty card on each visit to Flip Out, Paradise Island Adventure Golf and Rock Up, the team member will then stamp your card with a special Rushden Lakes stamp
– Visitors and groups will get one stamp per visit (For example if you have three people in your group you would gain one stamp. You can of course have a loyalty card + stamp per person)
– Once your card has three stamps for every attraction and is full with a total of nine stamps, you can choose one reward from the choices below!
– When you redeem your reward your card will be stamped and kept by the attraction. You can then start a new one!
– There is no time limit to collect your stamps!
What rewards can I choose from?
– Your reward is an amazing £20 gift voucher for their Adventure Park!
– Gift voucher must be collected from Flip Out Rushden Lakes to enable you to hand in your complete loyalty card
– Standard terms and conditions apply
Paradise Island Adventure Golf
– Your reward is a whopping 50% off one or two rounds of golf for one person!
– Please present the loyalty card at the pay booth when booking or and prior to payment
– The discount cannot be redeemed online and minimum transaction is £5
– Your reward is FREE entry for 1 climber so you can have mountains of fun!
– To be redeemed during off peak times only
What else do I need to know?
– There is no time limit to collect your stamps!
– All activities are suitable for adults and children, please contact individual operators for any specific age details
– The loyalty card cannot be used with any individual operator discounts or offers unless stated otherwise
– Rewards are subject to change and availability
– Rewards can only be redeemed at Rushden Lakes
– Loyalty cards have no monetary value and therefore cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be used against prior payment
– No photocopies or photos of the loyalty card will be accepted
– Rushden Lakes and individual operators cannot be responsible for any lost or misplaced cards
– Please keep your receipts for each stamp in case they are required at a later date

What if I want to stay at Rushden Lakes for longer than 5 hours during my visit?
– Please visit Customer Services and we will gladly extend your parking free of charge by taking your registration details
