Rock Up is the exciting indoor climbing centre at Rushden Lakes. Featuring 26 incredible fun climbing walls, a soft play for under 5s and a café for those who just want to relax, it’s a great place for the whole family to spend the day. For toddlers and pre-schoolers ready to reach new heights we offer Toddler Climb & Play sessions where the little ones can have a go on our climbing walls and when they're done, they can play in the soft play free of charge. Toddler climb and play is for under 5 years!

Looking for the perfect birthday venue? You can choose from a range of packages including climbing, toddler climbing and ultimate climbing. For an extra special birthday party, Rock Up's climbing arenas are available for exclusive hire. Having the climbing walls all to yourself makes your guests feel like VIPs and can make the experience even more fun.

Rock Up climbing is not just a thrilling adventure for individuals and families; it also offers exciting opportunities for corporate hospitality events, school outings, and scouting groups. Customer notice: Please ensure you arrive at Rushden Lakes at least 30 minutes before your activity starts to allow time for parking. To make your journey to the Leisure Terrace easier you can bypass our main car park by following the directional signage positioned at the entrance to Southway (just before Costa).
