Flip Out

Flip Out at Rushden Lakes is an exciting indoor adventure park that offers a wide range of activities for visitors of all ages. As part of the Flip Out chain, it features a trampoline park, inflatable obstacle courses, stunt zones, and even a roller rink! It’s designed for everyone, with special sessions like Toddler Time, SEND sessions for children with special needs, and After Dark events for adults and teenagers. The venue includes a large trampoline arena, performance trampolines, and various inflatable features like basher forests, mazes, and slides. Flip Out also hosts birthday parties with customisable packages, adding to its appeal for family celebrations. Booking in advance is highly recommended due to the park's popularity. Prices for the main experience sessions start at £12.95 for one hour if booked online.

Customer notice: Please ensure you arrive at Rushden Lakes at least 30 minutes before your activity starts to allow time for parking. To make your journey to the Leisure Terrace easier you can bypass our main car park by following the directional signage positioned at the entrance to Southway (just before Costa).
