Jobs for Local People
Recruit Rushden Lakes is delivered in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and works with employers to understand recruitment needs and match local jobseekers with vacancies. This provides businesses with local people who are skilled and job-ready. The programme has since been successfully established in three further locations around the country delivering over 570 employment outcomes since 2017 โ Leicester (Fosse Park) Silverlink (North Tyneside) and The Gate (Newcastle).
