Terms and Conditions
For However You Christmas Prize Draw Monday 25th November at 5pm (GMT) – Monday 16th December at 10am (GMT)
- Details of collecting the prize will be provided via email. We will never send out links or ask for card details
- One winner will be selected at random after the Prize Draw close date of 10.00 on Monday 16th December 2024
- No replacement vouchers or prizes are available if lost, damaged or redeemed.
- Not transferable.
- No cash value.
- Prizes must be collected from Rushden Lakes Customer Services. Prizes cannot be posted. The winner may be asked to show their ID on collection.
- The winner must respond via email to claim the prize within one week of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
- General Terms below apply.
General:
- The promoter is Rushden Lakes, Northamptonshire
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over except employees of Rushden Lakes or shops within and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Prize Draw
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw
- By entering this Prize Draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified
- Closing date for entry is 10am on 16th December 2024. After this date, no further entries to the Prize Draw will be permitted
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason

- The winner will be notified within 2 days of the closing date
