Facebook Jellycat Competition

Competition Terms and Conditions: 

Jellycat Competition Facebook Campaign Monday 2nd December 2024 10am (GMT) – Tuesday 17th December 2024 December at 9am (GMT)  

1. Entrants must correctly answer the question by commenting on the Facebook competition post.  

2. There are five competition posts in total as part of the Jellycat Competition Facebook Campaign 

3. One winner will be selected from each Facebook competition post. There will be five winners in total (one per competition post) 

4. Competition one – 2^nd December 10am (GMT) – 5^th December 9am (GMT) 
   Competition two – 5th December 10am (GMT) – 8th December 9am (GMT) 
   Competition three – 8th December 10am (GMT) – 11^th December 9am (GMT) 
   Competition four – 11^th December 10am (GMT) – 14^th December 9am (GMT) 
   Competition five – 14^th December 10am (GMT) – 17th December 9am (GMT) 

5. No replacement vouchers or prizes are available if lost, damaged or redeemed.  

6. Not transferable.  

7. No cash value.  

8. Prizes must be collected from Rushden Lakes Customer Services. Prizes cannot be posted. Winner may be asked to show their ID on collection. 

9. Details of collecting the prize will be provided via Facebook private message from Rushden Lakes’ official Facebook account: https://www.facebook.com/RushdenLakesSC. We will never send out links or ask for card details. 

10. Winner must respond to claim the prize within one week of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.  

11. General Terms below apply.  
      

General:  

1. The promoter is Rushden Lakes, Northamptonshire  

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Rushden Lakes or shops within and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.  

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.  

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.  

5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via our website and social channels 

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.  

7. Closing date for entry is: 
   Competition one – 5^th December 9am (GMT) 
   Competition two – 8th December 9am (GMT) 
   Competition three – 11^th December 9am (GMT) 
   Competition four – 14^th December 9am (GMT) 
   Competition five – 17^th December 9am (GMT) 
   After these dates, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.  

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.  

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.  

12. The prize is as stated on this webpage and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.  

13. To enter the competition, entrants must answer the question correctly by leaving a comment on the Facebook post. Winners will be chosen from all correct entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents by the date stated in the post.  

14. The winner will be notified within 3 days of the closing date. Rushden Lakes will comment on the winning entry to notify the winner.  

15. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.  

16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected  

17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.  

20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.  

21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook (Meta) or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Rushden Lakes and/or its agents and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Rushden Lakes’ Privacy Policy.  

22. Rushden Lakes shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.  

23. Rushden Lakes also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
